Warming up:

Warming up is the most important thing you will ever do in this program: 
It will draw blood into the penis. Lessen the chances of the injury and promote penis growth. 

Option1:

1: Get a wash cloth or small towel.
2: Soak it in a hot water until it is nice and warm.
3: Wring out the towel to get rid of the excess water.
4: Wrap the towel around your penis (testicles) if you want to( make sure its not to hot to burn).
5: Leave it on there for about 1 to 2 minutes.
6: Repeat steps 1 -5 two or 3 more times.
7: If you want at this point you can dry off your penis and surrounding areas thoroughly this warm up should take about 5 -6 minutes.
8: Always perform the warm - up routine before you exercise.

Option 2:

1: A hot bath or shower also works well.
2: If you prefer to take a hot shower, cup your penis in a bowl shape.
3: Let the hot water fill your hands and let the heat soak into your penis.
4: If you are using a Bathmate or Hydro Pump as your warm up- Please use that first then use to oil to jelq.

Advice:

  • Do NOT perform these exercise no more than 3 consecutive days. Jelq for 5 days out the week, rest for two.
  • Do NOT over work your body- this will hurt your progress when you overwork your body. – listen to your body first and foremost
  •  Be flaccid to semi- erect: 40%-60%
  • Do NOT have sex within 2 hours after or before applying this product and doing the exercises.
  • Eat well, take male tonic, Tongkat Ali and other herbs to help improve your vitality. (our store carriers a lot of other herbs). Lower smoking of any kind, alcohol, red meat, Soy products, fried food.
    Do NOT mix this with other products or oils. Performing this at nighttime is better
    Have sex 2 hours before you start your excersices if needed
    IF you notice you are stalling after a while take a two week break and start again.
